OUR STORY
Shady Point Campground on Bair Lake in Jones, Michigan encourages you to leave your troubles behind and come on out to the lake and have a good time. With two beaches, private piers, the lakes only boat launch, pickleball court, playground equipment, and many other wonderful amenities we are perfectly positioned to keep you relaxed, entertained and comfortable while you enjoy your summer getaway.​
CAMPING SEASON
We open May 1 and our season of fun lasts until the final pier comes out on October 1. We have the friendliest group of seasonal campers that are sure to make you feel welcome from day one. We are family owned and pet-friendly and encourage you to invite your registered guests to stay and play with you on the lake.
Bair Lake
Bair lake has great fishing and when you stay with us you can use our private boat launch at no charge - it's the only launch on Bair Lake. If you are not fishing or relaxing then hit one of our two beaches with swim rafts and jungle gyms for the kids.
Camp Store & Rec Room
If you are ready for a campfire and cold beverage then hop into our camp store right on-premise and get your marshmallows, chocolate, graham crackers, and ice to make your campfire complete. We have a variety of convenience items from ice, beverages, and snacks to camping accessories and even the wood for your campfire!
We also have a game room for all the kids at heart. Featuring pool, air hockey, darts and arcade games we have you covered for those rainy days as well.
